yes,the reserve pool is the waiting list.we were so unlucky this year that even they did not use a waiting list!what a luck!!!

anyway,I don't want to frustrate you,but be realistic guys and don't follow fake hopes.it is over,just face it,all receipt notes has been sent and received,rejections will start to arrive this weak.

so,do not wait anymore and relieve yourself from tension we faced over two months,take a break and start again.may God let us make it next year.

I received e-mail from kim yesterday informing me about my rejected petition.i had braced myself up for this but having a confirmation was quite disappointing. let us just sit tight and hope we shall have better luck next year and congratulations to all those who made it this year.

My batch is EAC as well.
I tried not to thnk about it. Coz the more I thought about it before, the longer the waiting seems. So I suggest checking only once every Friday, maybe? (If you can that is, hehe. It's tough.)
Try not to think about it. Before you know it, you already have it. Atleast that's how it went for me.

Jus Checked on internet my H1-B was Approved.

My Receipt notice was sent on April 29
My Batch number is WAC-08-149-XXXXX
MY approval Notice was sent on July 2'nd

I got a email from kim Miller on July 03 asking for my mailing address,so that she can mail me H1B approval notice. She didnt mention more than that. What can I assume from this? Did I get my H1B approved or anything else. To I forgot to mention, she emailed me only after I asked her about the status of my application . Anyone with similar experience share your views.

How did you know ur application is approved. Did Rite-aid gave you the EAC number or can we check in any other way?
