Thank you Lenny32,
Thank you Shawie123, I really appreciate it for all of you; I did not receive any thing yet from Rite Aid still waiting. I think it is better for us to start preparing our selves for travel since time goes by so quick. We need to go through early reservations on October and the accommodations at least to have an idea. I do know it is a bit early but it would help each one to have an idea about what to expect especially financially for the first few months. I wish you all the best. Regards, Lalangi. |

HI Everybody,
I have been picked by the Lottery and received my receipt notice at the end of April, but till now nothing else, and as i checked my case at the USCIS web page it always says case received and pending. Some of my friends told me that there is nothing to worry about since it is a routine work now and it may take some time ,even to September. Could any one comment on this issue??? Thanks in advance for all of you. Tony |

Hey Tony,
I had the same situation up till few days ago. I sent an e-mail to my paralegal representative and she informed me to relax and calm down. She said there are thousands of petitions and it might take a while. So don't panic and take it easy pal. You will get it soon hopefully at the end of July. take care. Lalangi. |

Hi Friends,
I am likely to attend interview for Rite Aid. I am already on H1, so no new sponsorship is required. I just want to know from you guys. How much they offer generally? Was there a situation you were able to negotiate on your salary? Did anyone of you were informed about relocation charges? I heard generally they don't provide for H1 applicants. Ideas appreciated. Thanks Last edited by knok : 07-25-2008 at 05:20 AM. Reason: Textese: missing punctuation, Capital letters |

Anyone from Rite Aid who is currently outside the US, that is appearing/has appeared for the visa interview, just a couple of questions on the DS-156:
#24: What address will you stay in the US? #25: Name and telephone numbers of person in US who you will be staying with or visiting for tourism or business? #26 How long do you intend to stay in the US? (I assume this must be the number of years printed on the I-797?) #28 Who will pay for your trip? (Since Rite Aid is paying relocation bonus, what should be the answer?) #32 Name and complete address of US employer (I assume this is the Camphill, PA address?) Also, will the visa officer ask the exact place where we'll be working? Appreciate your response. Thanks a lot! |
