I have attended from toronto. As we are residents here I think they didnt ask much. They gave me visa.

Also, will the visa officer ask the exact place where we'll be working? Yes ,If you know tell them else you can say they have few options so tell you will know once you report them

I am new here but also sponsored by Rite-Aid, and got picked in the lottery. There is a little problem with USCIS though. It says Request for Initial Evidence. Case on Hold. any one of you in the same situation as I am.Kim has yet to tell me what is wrong, and they still have to receive the communication from USCIS. Hope things will work out for me!and for all of us!

Hi WanderingSoul,

I have 2 friends who also got the same feedback. Need additional documents.
In both cases, USCIS apparently looking for Internship License.
In Case 1, state does not require internship license;
in Case 2, my friend previously sent the deficiency letter for internship license together with everything that RiteAid/Janet-Kim asked for.
So again, as far as I know, in both cases, Kim said not to worry as this is the usual thing they are getting with those requiring additional documents and that it will be RiteAid who will work on these concerns to clarify it with the USCIS.
