I am also waiting on the decision about H1B. I have received email and talk to Paralegal Department of Rite aid and they said we have to wait atlest 8-10 weeks i.e. till June 2 as per USCIS to receive our decision because all our h1 are in normal processing.
Just Pray.... |

Hi everyone,
I also got sponsored by Rite Aid. Got the email from lawyers informing of 8-12 weeks wait, then on April 7th, got confirmation email from RiteAid recruiter that my papers have been filed with the USCIS. Last I heard from them was last week when my would-be Distric Manager emailed me to ask if I have questions. Reading the BENEFITS package they sent (previously by their Recruiter, not the DM), can anyone suggest what would be the best option to choose for a single, healthy individual? I was kind of lost with all those arrows and pages.  So maybe I can say 'Heya! my would-be RiteAid Family!' Goodluck to us all!! Quote:

hi aPha, wow u got a call from your would be DM? i never got that email. the only person i was talking to was Janet. and she's the only one who emails me too. and the lawyers. i still haven't heard from them. lets continue to pray peeps.

Hey guys,
Can you add me on the list of those being sponsored by RiteAid. I would just like to share my experience last year so you can have an idea of when to expect news regarding your petition this year...Last year USCIS completed the random selection process on April 12. RiteAid contacted me that my H1B petition (applied to regular processing) was rejected on May 10. This year, USCIS completed the random selection on April 14. So guys, I could say news regarding our petitions would be out around the same time...around May 10-15. Hopefully this year, the outcome for me would be different.
