We already have had a legal organization as we voted for the name before. Its name is IPHARM-US. The application form is posted in the forum. Please complete the form and send to the address provided.

I am thinking that we should have a meeting soon, probably start at a major city such as NY, CA, TX, Washington DC or Chicago where a majority of members are.

Who is in Chicago? Could you please go to NABP office to discuss the issue in person? Moreover, I encourage you all to go to talk to your state board in person and bring these documents with you. NABP is a representative of all 50 states. If each one of us makes our voice heard by going in person to talk to the state board of pharmacy and the governor, it will help speed up the data or information transmission. Don't be afraid of the office of the governor. There are staff members of the governor who control the work of the state board.

Thank you for your update on this matter. As a new comer, I wasn't aware of the organization. Anyway, do you have a representative for CA? If not, I can be as an acting representative until someone takes the responsibility to organize and lead.

This depends on a majority of applicants. Hurry! please send your application. Once we count the number of applicants by state, the state that has a largest number of applicants will be the state that we hold our first meeting.

Here is a new score summary from ETS:

Speaking = 26 is at 89 percentile of total candidates. That means when ranking 100 candidates, you must be the candidates who received higher scores than other 89 candidates. It is worse than last year.

The average score of the candidates from English speaking countries and United States is 22 on the speaking section.

Last year, the average speaking score of the candidates from English speaking countries = 23.

Hi Guys,

It's good that we are taking this matter very seriously.

I will suggest that the meeting agenda with NABP should be minimum.

Following points are important.

1. IBT is only to make dollars and its scoring system is biased.
2. Speaking requiremnets should be lowered to 24.
3. Those who could not get required scores in any section and they have attempted IBT four or more times, their four consecutive IBTs should be considered for highest scores in each section.

In addition to it, an online petition can be opened as well which is a part of going to public and media as discussed before .

Thanks the pharmacist for your comment. We will take your comment into account. We already put these catergories in the letter but NABP ignores them. Or it is possible that NABP is aware of the problem but is trying to find another test? However, it takes too long now.

Hi Knok and many others who share the same boat. It is so nice to hear from you guys again. I have just read all the informatiom posted on the Internet about petition and complaint to NABP. Knok, I voted for the first option in a survey. If you need me I would travel, but I need to know the date and place in advance. I would like to share with you my sad experience of my fifth attempt of TOEFL path. I took it on March 29th on Main street. There were very bad conditions also. There was no elbow room and too noisy. I had a problem with my left earphone and on my listening part I was in trouble because I was able to hear everything around me. I have passed successfully three parts again (R-27,L-27,W-25 and S-22.) I consider my last speaking part as the best I have done for all my history, and they scored me 22 after 23 from the previous test. When I got my first test score 22 a year ago I can tell that it was much poorer responce in comparison with my last one. Guys, it is silly and the worst part in all of it, is the fact that we don't have any influence on this. The monopoly of ETS institution does evreything what they want with us. I have gone too far to give it up, but I can't even tell you how frustrated I am right now. I am a single mother of two daughters, I have no explanation for my failures.
