Folks,
It is surprising that when we needed help, a few people replied my mail and my private messages. We have discussed the issues with NABP professionally. What members, who have tried to help, and I have been through in the past few months is mixed with positive and negative experiences. I am still in Baltimore. I hope that next time, we all can help each other better than this time. Best wishes, Knok

Hey guys,
We all appretiate what you have done for us. Just remember that some of us are in their countries and can't be physically with you. We are all in the same boat. I appretiate all your efforts and I pray for you night and day. - Last edited by knok : 05-24-2008 at 01:17 AM. |

Hi All,
There is nothing that our representatives can keep secret from us. However, for those of you who aren't aware of the association, there are representatives from each state who didn't travel for obvious reasons are waiting for those members who traveled to brief them and then they will update all of us officially. I don't think our representatives know the policy change or time frame in advance. So, what we need to do is just give them sometime until they get back to their places and adjust. Yashak |

I attended the meeting. If you have been with us from when we began to deal with this issue, you will surely know or guess about the meeting agenda. Nobody is trying to keep secrets here. You should understand that the matter is not solved yet, so there's no need to spill the beans at this moment. We had confidential agreement not to disclose what was agreed in the meeting until everything materializes. I assure you Knok knows what she's doing, and I would like to ask you to respect her decision. One more thing; When I took my FPGEE I remember to have seen candidates from a certain country being the majority in the testing room (over 80%). I expected to see dozens of them in Baltimore since they are the majority, but I was surprised not to see any one from that group while I have seen many of them working in pharmacies as Interns. Would anybody explain to me why this thing happened? because it doesn't make any sense to me at all!! I am not here to point fingers at any one, but I just don't get answers about the reason why the "majority" was absent in Baltimore. Would anyone help me with this? Hello Knok,
Personally, I did not become aware of your meeting in Baltimore until it was already concluded - or I would have been there. I agree that there are power in numbers, but as this does not seem to have happend in your Baltimore meeting, we need to move forward as a team. It is hard for me to cypher some of your emails concerning meetings that can't be discussed. I have distributed the letter you wrote to NABP and I am currently working on contacts to publicly make some of these injustaces known. I fully concur that this current testing system is only concerned about money. Also, the system is grossly flawed - when I recieved a score of 19 and 26 (speaking) within two weeks, something is obviously wrong. I rewrote your letter to make it brief and I will send it to you for your acceptance prior to sending it out in my area with mailings to local news and other influencial people. Good luck and you do have my support. NR Last edited by knok : 05-24-2008 at 12:56 AM. |
