How can the lawyer say you were not selected in the lottery if he has not received your applications back?

We were in Premium Processing.It means that they have not received anything from the USCIS. So, they supposed that we were not selected.Unlike you who were selected, they gave a notice of approval to the lawyer in 15 days.

Anyway, it will be confirmed when he notifies us of the Return of our applications.As of now, we still hope that we might still be in the Waiting List.When we receive the notice of Return, then its over for us.

Congratulations to those who were selected and approved.!

I also received same email from the Lawyer about my case. Hopes are still alive guys!!!! Don't worry, we will definitely here some positive news,but for sure after 2nd June.

Can we please get a head count from all those who got their H1B approved through Walgreens. If any one knows about their friends, please mention.
My two friends got through the H1B process through Walgreens.

Is there anyone who has got any response from the Walgreens lawyer and was sponsored for the Arizona area? U could also help me by telling me the processing center for Arizona H1B visa applications.

I received an email from the Walgreens lawyer today. He says my H1B visa application was selected in the lottery. However the USCIS had some queries and the lawyer responded to the query two days ago.

Hello everyone,
I have passed my FPGEE and Toefl iBT and am in the process of looking for internship.What I wanted to know was when retail drug stores approached you for internship, did they ask you for five states/cities preferred and did you apply for internship license before you got internship.Please answer, I am kind of confused.

I have just been wondering why so H1B candidates under premium processing still have not received any responses. Even in cases where there is a query , are they not supposed to receive the response in the next 15 days.

Good news guys!!!!!!! I received an email from the Walgreens lawyer that my application has been approved and that they have sent the original approval notice to me by Fed Ex. I`m so happy. I have been waiting for this since 2002.
