Hi Madaboutfpgee! Interesting how you got everything in there.
I will be assigned in VA.
Another friend who will also be assigned in VA got her email from Kim last week.
And as you wrote, I have another friend who will be assigned in NC.
Another friend who is hoping to be posted in CA is still waiting however.

For those still waiting, while I think all hope is still not lost since we have about 2 weeks left til June 10th, I think it would be wise to start exploring back-up plans too, to wit:
1. explore non-profits;
2. apply with other companies for next year for more, and hopefully better, options;
3. explore Canada and/or Australia options. The NABP letter that was sent with our FPGEE Certificate states that Canada and Australia recognizes the FPGEE, if I am not mistaken.

I haven't really looked into these options I have listed above but maybe you can get ideas from others, or maybe read last years posts.

Again, I am not saying this for people to lose hope because I think THERE IS STILL HOPE but, starting with back-ups now might be the smart thing to do.

I am also in touch with Rite Aid under the general category; I have received my receipt notice but did not receive any approvals yet. Wonder if any of you had received any approvals so far?

Congratulations for all of those who had their receipts, but is it not so early to be happy?? Shouldn’t we all be waiting the results of the processing. Selection does not necessarily mean approval as the receipt indicated? I wonder if you folks have any idea about checking your file processing online using your account or receipt numbers.

Thank you for your effort, I wonder if you could add me to the list as being located in OH and had my receipt. I am interested to know more about what will happen after being selected and what are the criteria for processing if any one could inform me with any tips about it, I would be grateful.

Congratulations for being picked!

Yes, I am in the same boat as you are. I got my confirmation receipt, which simply means, I have been picked in the lottery but not necessarily approved yet. But it is a step forward. I would also be interested to know around what time/how long until we know if we have passed adjudication and what would be the next steps. If you have any idea, please let me know. The timelines in the USCIS website doesn't seem to help at all.

I feel this thread are for people waiting for their RiteAid/USCIS receipt; so to respect this space, I have created a new thread: Next step after being picked in the lottery. Hope our concerns may be addressed in that thread. See you there!

has anyone heard from Kim in the last couple of days? Well it looks like we are the losers.Really Really sad two years in a row of rejection.

Hi all,It seems that that's it!no hope to get the receipt.countdown timer has begun.we have till the end of this day.but I suggest not to wait any more.that is the end. Anyway,still there is a slim invisible ray of hope.10-15% of the total number will be wait-listed.Pray to be one of them.if you DO ANYBODY HAS ANY UPDATES?????????PLEASE TELL US.TELL ME THAT I AM WRONG AND WE STILL HAVE SOME HOPE

I have heard some attornyes told their applicants that USCIS postponded it till 7th of June.Still maybe there is some hope.

I AM WONDERING where have gone all the other applicants who are waiting for their receipt notices......did anyone recieved the rejection yet.....is it too late to have some hope.....did anyone called kim miller?..or anyone knows roughly how many h1b visas have rite aid issued to their applicants?....there are manyyyyyyyyyyyy questions in my mind with no answer.....if anyone knows..plse share....and those who are still waiting...I AM AFRAID IT'S ONLY ME WHO WAS LEFT.....as no one is writing posts recently about this anymore...come on guys....

No, you are not alone waiting for the receipt. I guess everybody stopped hoping because at this point in time, the chances are too little now. Being in the same situation as you is just moving on with my daily routine, though havent received the rejection letter yet, I guess the battle is nearing its end...and we have to accept that.....BUT WHO KNOWS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN, BECAUSE GOD IS GREAT IN EVERYWAY.......
