Hello everyone. I was also sponsored by Riteaid and my petition was picked in the random selection process. I just saw online that my case was approved, although I haven't heard from our employer if they have received the documents from USCIS. I think it will be a few weeks until USCIS will send the packet, based on the experiences of the other people in the other online immigration forum. My case in in the General Quota, Non- Premium, California Service Center, batch # 145. I will be assigned in South CA.
Thank you to everyone in this forum who have contributed information and support. I'm one step closer to getting my H1b stamped. To those who were not picked in the lottery, hold on, Surely there will be other avenues for you. God bless. This forum is very helpful. |

Congrats houseMD!! I guess you're the first person to post from Rite Aid gen quota non-pp regarding a successful approval. I believe your group number was 145. Mine is 157, so might take a while.
For those who are uniformed.. the group or batch number is the set of numbers after "08" in the case number. Eg. EAC-08-145-XXXXX - here 145 is the group/batch numbers. Kindly post your batch numbers and approval status if there has been any approval. |

hello, im new in this forum but is in the same boat as some. i applied for an internship in connecticut , and with a tough and expensive requirement of a personal appearance before being granted the interns permit, i pulled it of somehow. so sad i have not heard from miss kim about my status. im inclined to believe that at this point, i was rejected. my question is if a reapplication at rite aid possible and are there any avenues for cap exemption work for pharmacist.

Hello Guys:
I was sponsored by Rite Aid and got through the lottery. Approval notice was sent on April 24. Anyone over here have placement in Washington state (Seattle area)? For the rest... just hang in there and keep your spirits up. |
