I do not agree with Pharmaking. The same employer cannot file multiple petitions for one employee. However, an employee can ask different companies to sponsor him. In other words, your petition can be filed by Rite Aid or CVS or walgreens. However, the same companies cannot file your application multiple times.

And also, if one candidate is sponsored by two companies, make sure that the two companies that filed your petition are unrelated. This is however an unlikely event when it comes to chain pharmacies.

Congratulations on your approval. Can you please tell me as to which number should we use to check in the USCIS website as I am still waiting for my petition. All I have is some ETA number. Is that the number we should use to check about the status of the application? if not should I ask the lawer about any number. Please advice.

Hai Preeti,

If you are selected you will get a receipt number from your lawyer which normally starts with WAC (for applications which are being processed in California) or EAC(for applications which are being processed in vermont).Hope this info is helpful.

Hello everyone,
Can any one tell me whether any packet has been recieved from Rite aid containg LCA(Labour condition application).Since i recieved a mail from Janette in Rite aid saying that “When you start working in your store, you need to post the LCA (Labor Condition Application) for 10 days after which you need to return both postings and the signed memo that is included. You should have received this in the packet we sent to you after we filed for your H1B visa”.

As expected toooo.Rejected.If I had known that all this mess will happen I would have never spent a single pennyon FPGEE AND 5 TIMES TOEFL for me and my husband too .Both weren't selected..what a luck.If we had studied the canadian or the Austrailian exams we could have become registered pharmacists now.But because of lottery systems of America ,they have ruined our homes and lives and wasted our time,money and damaged our health ..waiting for 2 years and carrying our certificates.Moreover,I had lost my baby in the first months of preganacy because I had terrible physical and phsycic condition due to these terrible news for our family.Can anyone imagine such ridiculous systems and laws that govern our destinies.I think they forgot that they are dealing with humans...
