I am located in St.Louis, Missouri and have passed FPGEE and TOEFL-iBT. In fact I was trying to pass the TOEFL speaking portion since a long time and have finally got 27 after rescoring. Whew!!! I had couple quick questions.

It was 24. Its the first time it has jumped to 27. In the past my score has always been reduced from 24 to 20 or 23 to 18, or 21 to 19...I can mention more of these. So thank God it worked in my favor this time.
