USCIS still holding some petitions?
Rite-aid sponsored but Kim said no response from USCIS for 1 week now. This means only one thing for us.! God is processing our H1B visa and they shall be selected. AMEN! Missed last year, God has promised us this year!

We are too waiting for the miracle, missed last year too. I can't still imagine that we aren't selected this year also. It's very dissappionting. What fault we had done?we studie, struggled and left many job oppurtunities for the sake of this visa. GOD ONLY KNOWS.

At last kim answered my email,saying that unfortunately they haven't recieve anything from USCIS since a week..and this means hard luck this year and better chance the next year..she offered help by suggesting working in US with TN visa..which requires 5 years..at least...NO COMMENT

Now what is TN visa? and how do you get a job offer when you are outside the USA?
What does Kim mean by saying better prospect next year? does that mean your petition will not be subjected to random selection because random selection has come to stay. |

According to my information,canadian citizens can work in USA with TN visa.unfortunately,we are not canadians so to apply for immigration and pass the Ilets and their pharmacy exams ...it will take 5 years ,beside the expenses .I think it's the long long way to work inside the US.PLSE, IF I am wrong I would like anyoune with this expereince to correct me.

you need not pass the Canadian pharmacy exams to get a TN and work in the US. You need to become a citizen of Canada (which would take 4-5 years). Once you become a citizen... you are eligible to work in the US under the TN visa.
