H-1 Visa. How it works.
Hello everyone,
It has been a while after I visited this website. I was preoccupied to get my TOEFL done. Guess what? I passed it! The score came up perfectly Speaking 28, Writing 28. Phew... Still can't believe it's over! Such a weird feeling. Now my concern is H-1 Visa. How it works? Lets say someone agreed to apply for me for H1 visa. How to make sure that they will do it for me? Please advice. One more thing... I have to leave the country, because of my visa and my question is can they apply for H1 visa based on my FPGE certificate or they need intern license? I know that ( at least in Virginia) you can be an intern only for 1 year and during this year you have to get your 1000 hours done. If I apply now, then I will not get a chance to complete my hours during the year, because I have to leave. So, how it works? I really appreciate any advice, Also, KNOCK if you can refer me to any law office who is able to answer to this question. Thank you in advance. Laura.pharm |

Hi Laura.Pharm,
Have you obtained your H1B visa yet? Do we need a pharmacist intern permit before the sponsoring company make a H1B petition? In such case, what post is the company sponsoring? An intern post is it? |
