California Pharmacist - STATE TAX ON INCOME

Dear all,

I have plans to move to CA. But I am very much worried about the STATE TAX...For the Salaries that a pharmacist would make, we will fall under a state tax bracket of 9.3% which is the highest in US.

What do you guys feel abt this.

Any interns or pharmacists currently on job, can you share how much money you loose on STATE INCOME TAX....

Its a good place to live, but it becomes meaningless if we start loosing everything by paying TAX.

Appreciate your comments.

Thanks
