California Intern License
May I seek some advice on what to do regarding my intern license in California. I only have a deficiency letter issued March 2008 and it states that it is good for 12 months and will be abandoned if SSN is not submitted. The problem is I wasn't drawn in the last lottery of the h1B visa eventually denied working in the US.May I know what to do next as I wrote the board but I haven't got a response yet.

Hello KRISTEIN,
The deficiency letter issued by BOP will expire in 12 months, but you can reapply and pay again for the fingerprinting and license fee. This happened to me before. Hope this helps. Sachi |
