AASCB vs. ACBSP vs. IACBE
Hi,
Does anyone know the difference between AASCB, ACBSP, and IACBE? Do you know any good ACBSP schools that are not online? What are the chances of getting a teaching job (not research) in a college after getting a PhD from an online college that is accredited by ACBSP and IACBE? Thanks The Rock |

Anything other than ACBSP is desirable. That organization is unethical, providing accreditation for those who slip under the table "donations" to its staff. If you're looking for an accreditation that is deserved, look to an AACSB or an IACBE school. They do it right.

Let's put it this way, which at one point USDOD and CHEA did not recorgnize IACBE.
AACSB - Gold Standard ASCSP - Silver Standard IACBE - Bronze Standard If you're looking at a teaching position at top schools, then you have to stick with AACSB. |

Here is the description of 6 regional accredited agencies, also there are National Accredited Agencies as well. Besides those, there are state approval schools...which only recorganized by the state. |
