Hi,

An engineering. degree with high 2nd class, MBA with a GPA of 7.2/10 an work ex-ex of 10 yrs in production, insurance and sales with no paper publications;applying for strategy/business policy is US for fall 2010.somebody please tell me about my chances at top 20 phd programs
