Which Schools should i aim for? (Phd Finance or Phd Financial Economics)

Hi Everyone

I have just discovered this forum and it seems great,

I need some advice about my future,

I am aiming to get into a phd finance or phd econ program with a financial
economics concentration.

My Profile is
Undergrad Business Administration Bilkent University 3.4/4.0 gpa (was ranked around 200 @ econ phd)

Undergrad UCSD Economics (Exchange student for one year with 3.3/4.0 gpa)

Grad Cal State Fullerton MA Economics Banking&Finance Concentration (Started in August 2009, will complete in december 2010 or may 2011)

My TOEFL score was 108/120
GRE score was 790Q 370V 4.0W
For the phd application i will re-take the GRE test and increase the Verbal and Writing Score for sure.

I will be very happy if i can get encouragement, advice about what to do
and which schools to aim for and do research about.

I would appreciate any comments !
