Also what do u think about my chances at SSE and SFI?

Help me find some schools outside the Top 50 or rather those schools where I could make the cut....

Tennessee admitted a TM candidate last year with a 660, I believe he also had an offer from SUNY Binghamton. Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina, Florida State, Texas Tech, UConn, and URI would probably be interested in your application as well.

Can u give me a comparative idea of the relative positions of the schools u have mentioned?

Also SUNY might not be admitting this year....n by South Carolina do u mean Moore School, University of South Carolina?

I think you can try at HEC.
You also have pretty good chances at SFI I guess. I don't know much about SSE so I can't tell.

Yes, I mean the Moore School, USC at Columbia. All those schools are probably in the 50-100 range. Their graduates generally place at regional teaching schools. Salaries tend to be in the $100k~$130k range, teaching 3 classes a semester.

Folks what do feel about my chances at UMass Amherst???
Also I am retaking the GMAT...
Preparing to the extent possible...
Manged to get 720 in Powerprep (Old GMAC & ETS S/W)....what do u think could my range be now??Also I am scoring consistently above 45 on Quant side on 800score.com tests and 50 on GMATPrep/Princeton Online test....
Kindly solicit thy views as I am taking my GMAT on 16th October!!!
Any last minute preparation that would help increase my Verbal score would be really helpful, currently around 35....
Kindly reply at the earliest people...
Thanks in advance....

Folks....I had said that I would be re-appearing for my GMAT on 16th October!!!
I did re-appear n marginally increased my score to 680(as compared to 660 previously) with 49Q and 34V.
Do u people think that this increase would help me get better schools than the ones already discussed??
Also would like you to help me evaluate if there can be any "safety schools" considering my profile posted in the beginning of this thread...
Please help me out people...
I am an amateur and would like the experienced people here to help me get into a decent PhD program....
Please pour in your comments!!!
@Bloomsbury and Longshot....Please help guys!!!!
Desperately need your help...
