List of finance phd programs

Just curious, does anyone have a comprehensive list of US programs that offered a doctoral degree in finance? (or management with a finance emphasis).

The ASU rankings are a comprehensive list, but also include programs that don't offer doctoral degrees (since it is based on output).

This paper from SSRN has a pretty extensive list. On the last page they have a list of all 91 finance PhD programs with at least one faculty member or graduate with at least one publication in one of the top 4 finance journals from 1991-2005, so it pretty much includes every decent finance PhD program in the US. (Just note that with the names given, "Washington U" refers to WUSTL while "Washington, U of" refers to University of Washington)
