Along these same lines, would you guys recommend taking Partial DiffEq, or Prob and Stats II?

They're offered at the same time, so unfortunately it's one or the other.

Thanks.

My local school offers a course called Engineering Linear Algebra and Differential Equations I. I wonder if I should take this and killed two birds with one stone instead of just taking regular Linear Algebra. I need help!!!

It depends on how much lin alg the course covers. However, you would probably be better off with a separate math department linear algebra course, if only because they will likely cover more material, more rigorously. Then if you also want DE's, take a separate course in the math department too.

If you could give us a list of the topics the engineering course covers and how much the math department course at your school covers it might help.
