[Profile evaluation] Would getting an F in measure theory screw me over?

I got an F in measure theory during my senior year.

I subsequently got A's in a year long Ph.D real analysis sequence. Do you think those graduate courses would compensate for the undergraduate measure theory course?

In addition, I am in my second year in the M.S/Ph.D IEOR program, but I don't have extensive research experience as a graduate student, would that hurt me?
