Any master program for transition into Strategy/OB
my bakcground is information systems in undergrad, but I have little exposure to statistics or economics because it was too practical oriented. i'm largely in short of sound quantitative or qualitative background. is there any low-entry master program for me?
many econ master require a background in economics, making me not eligible. if any not require econ background, i'll be more than happy to know. i'm interested in statistics program, too. i know sociology program can help as well. is there any recommended one? |

Anything that derives a thesis at the end. Remember you're trying to show how you're a competent researcher, how you will be productive while at an institution, and how after completing that program, you can be placed at an equivalent or better institution afterwards (and still be prolific!).

I'm planning on doing OB at the PhD level and I'm currently getting my master's in human resources...my program has tons of research opportunities (I'm currently heavily involved in two projects) and students can be co-authors on publications. I'm taking org psych, metrics, and a bunch of other relevant business-related courses. We read current journal articles in the field for many courses. So, HR might be another type of master's program to look in to.
