Granps
Hi everyone, Quick question: If applying to a joint program such as OB which has tracks specializing in micro (psychology) or macro (sociology), is it good to also mention a professor from that department (psy/soc) if they are relevant to my research? Thanks!
StrategicMGMT
Check if they publish with in OB journals / along side professors within OB
XanthusARES
Honestly I probably wouldn't. It might give the impression that you are more interested in working in department X rather than in the business department. That seems like a better thing to talk about during interviews. I'd wait for that.
tm_associate
I don't think you need to. Just focus on the department that you are actually applying to.
