Hi, does anyone have any ideas about phd real estate?
how is the career prospect? (say, can those graduates teach in finance department? do they fit in the finance industry?)
It seems that real estate candidates often need to choose co-major like finance and accounting. Does that mean their research works would overlap with those in the fields of accounting and finance?
In UC Berkeley, the admission rate is pretty high (3 out of 9), why so few people apply....?
