Smile evaluate my profile

Undergrad - Top 20 univ Chemical Engineering (3.9 GPA)
Masters - Top 5 univ Information Technology (4.0 GPA)
Work Experience - 12 years in IT partly with investment banks
GMAT - 620

I am interested in phd finance programs even though I do not have finance work experience. I know my GMAt scores are really bad and I am working on a retest. Hoping that I can make it to the 700-710 or so.

I am looking to apply to New England schools like UConn, Yale, Umass, Boston College.

What do you think are my chances ?
