    PhD in organizational behavior

    Hi all,
    I am applying to PhD programs in the U.S. I am a little worried since I am from a humanities background in undergrad but I am finishing my MA on Conflict Analysis and Resolution this year. I work on negotiation in the organizational context, which is why I want to apply to business schools. I graduated top of my school in undergrad, have a current 4.00 and 750 GMAT. What do you think?
