PhD in strategy or org behavior (coming from management consulting background)
Can you guys tell me what kind of programs I can realistically look into (top 10, 20, 30) with my stats? Im looking to go into either the field of strategy or org behavior.
What can I do to strengthen my application for a top PhD program? My bio Age: 23 years old (will be 24-25) when applying Undergrad: University of California Irvine (Ranked 13th among all public universities in the U.S., and 44th among all universities in the U.S) GPA: 3.54 GMAT: 750 Major: Economics Minor: Management Current work: A consultant at a top 10 Management / IT Consulting firm Undergrad work: 1 year of research under b-school dean, 1 year of academic advising at b-school as an academic counselor, 4 top tier internships, 3 leadership experiences with undergrad business organizations. Letter of rec: 2 from the UCI business school (from associate deans) and 1 from a partner at the current firm confirming my passion and capability for a career in academia |

Your profile looks fairly strong to me. Feel free to apply to some of the top schools but also remember to include a couple of safe ones. Consider speaking with your recommenders as well as they might be able to give you a sense of where your right reach is. Overall the profile isn't the best I have seen but is still pretty solid. My 2 cents,
