PhD in Marketing - is it real to get a f.a. for a Russian girl??????

Hi everybody! This is my first post here!
I'm looking for a PhD programm in marketing.
Tuition waiver and scholarship/assistantship are crucial for me.
The question is - the possibility to get full f.a.
I know that for math-geniuses and IT Specialists it's not a problem, so how about marketing???? Or maybe I should think more about management?????
Need advice!!!!!!!!!plzzzzzzzzzz

Check Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University , I am not sure how well their placement record is but they do not discriminate based on country/gender/race etc.

Hi g! In virtually any PhD programmes in business, which includes those in Marketing, Operations, Strategy, OB, etc, the admission offer comes with full financial support, unless you volunteer to pay your own expenses. What I mean by full financial support is tuition waiver and generous stipend through teaching assistance plus possible summer research support.
