Congrats to all of you who have been accepted, and the best of lucks to those who are being interviewed.

I am international student and I won a scholarship (Fulbright) to study an MS in Finance in the US. I applied to UIUC, the University of Florida and Boston College; so far I have been accepted to the first two. As I know this is a PhD in Business forum, I wanted to ask if you know how hard is it to make the upgrade from a MSF to a PhD in those schools. Thanks

Well, at least my rejection to Berkeley is still outstanding then (mgmt)... In fact, I've just decided to view all my applications as outstanding rejections.

to my knowledge.. admission to Haas is very very complicated... possibly more complicated than other programs..

I'm curious - how so? I have heard that funding in general at Berkeley is complicated, and its best to get things in writing, but I haven't heard anything about admission.

Oh well, at least its not my top choice among my remaining outstanding rejections!

Today I received an email from Berkeley finance; they told me that I am in the waitlist.

I don't know what are my odds there at this point.

I also received a rejection from Berkeley today. "We received over 380
applications for approximately 14 positions in our entering class."

hi Mr.Keen, I just got a call from Minnesota(Carlson) and director said decisions havent been made. How do you know your status?
