Did anyone hear from the Management dept at these Univs?

I applied to the Management & Organization stream at USC and contacted them last week regarding my status as I've received another offer elsewhere. I wanted to know what my status was before I made my decision. This is the reply I received on Monday:

"Thank you for your email! The general time frame in which all applicants would be notified of the decision is by the end of March."
