Non-acceptance emails TO Schools

Hey everyone,

Had a question about sending regret emails to B-schools where you'r not taking up their offer.

What do you think should be in the email ? Should you just be saying you wont be able to take up the offer they put on the table or should you outline what in their offer didnt work for you or that you accepted a school that did suit your expectations ?

Thank them for their considerations, but you have taken up another offer. Hope to have opportunities to work with them in the future.

No need to say why you did not take up their offer.

Short and to the point I would suggest. Thank them, and tell the you are not taking their offer.
