how would you rank LBS and LSE PhD Programmes in Finance?

I strongly believe that both are terrific. As for ranks, well, I think that LBS tends to be considered top-10 or 15 and LSE lower according to Arizona State's ranking, and the exact opposite when you see the Financial Econ rankings at econphd.net.
