Please evaluate my profile
hi everyone, I would like to apply for phd finance program (esp. Corporate Governance) in US for the coming intake.

age:37

undergradute degree: business (GPA 3.3, Finance 3.6)
graduate degree: MBA (GPA 3.3, Finance 3.5) from top 10 US school

Subjects taken from under and graduate school: Micro/macro economics, Financial/managerial accounting, corporate restructuring, decision model/analysis, business statistics, finance theory, int'l finance, FX theory, securities markets, investments, and others

gmat: 700 (also aiming for 750+)

work experiance: 10+ years of professional exp (at global banks)

I am focusing on finance programs such as OSU (Fisher), Purdue, Carlson, University of Florida, University of Washington, University of Illinois, Washington University in St. Louis, Arizona State University, and other top 30 schools in US.

Should i retake GMAT (I think so...)? Should I increase/lower my target schools? how many application would be optimal? what should be the combination of schools for my successful application?
