Prawler just joined TestMagic.
If you hold an MBA, MS in Finance is unnecessary for PhD. You can try hard on yourself and catch up the curriculum of PhD Fin in University of Texas at Dallas. Being admitted to MS in Finance is not as hard as getting into a PhD.
