Looking for any thoughts on the quality of the Organizational Studies PhD at Boston College generally and in particular compared with the Organizational Behavior or Strategy & Policy programs at Boston University.

Where do these programs rank respectively? Any information about their success with placement recently?

Another question I'm looking for guidance on is thinking through whether to pursue organization theory on the one hand or strategy on the other if I'm interested in applying organizational and economic analysis to strategy decisions. Thanks
