There were like 5 or more koreans admitted last year. My year only had one, and there are a few upper years. They're all really cool people. The last incoming class was a bit more diverse with people from all over. I'm not sure how to compare UW to other places as far as this goes.
It is very easy to access the current grad student list and get a sense of the diversity.
