Yeah, I know I am surprised too. I received an official mail offer today though ... I have e-mailed them to clear it up, but I am assuming the paper letter takes precedence over online application. In any case, it's not awfully spectacular, I get a tuition waiver but no stipend. It says I am on the waitlist, but they can't guarantee I'll get any either this year or consequent years :/
No more admissions decisions ... was fun while it lasted, but now it's to make up my mind.
They are playing with our feelings... we already accepted and grieved the Duke's rejection, and now this! It's not fair!!

Exactly... this is torture... now everybody is going to be looking the mail... Well there is still time for them to undo the mistake they made when they rejected me

They told me that the department has sent a decision letter out yesterday. However, I heard nothing from Duke via e-mail or website. It's weird!
