UW-Madison Rejection
Is it plausible to state that for any UW-Madison applicant, there exists a great chance of receiving a rejection letter at a time t such that March 3rd <t<March 20th, if this person is not waitlisted?

Is the consensus such that the rejection decision is highly likely? That is what I had thought at the beginning, but one of my professors told me that they do two rounds and I might be offered something at the second round.

Only fellowships seem to have been offered at this point if that is what you mean. So there should be more good news along with the obligatory bad
