In terms of finances, you want to opt for TI (higher salary) looking at next 5 years. But if you consider a longer horizon, CEMFI might be safer financially since they offer guaranted internship after graduation (that's what I've heard, not completely sure though), whereas after graduating TI you have to find a job. Also, Madrid has smaller living costs, though i am not sure about the what's the exact differential. Additionally, if you are from Romance cultures (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Latin America), you might feel more comfortable in Spanish speaking country.
And by no means I try to empty a spot on TI admitted list for me ) By the way, i haven't heard from TI yet (prob. this Monday). Did they email you? I suppose, they may give me some kind of fin.aid since it takes them so long to make a decision on my appl.
