As requested by people on Gradcafe, here just to share my infor. Hopefully you will find it useful. I have received my offer from IUB through email on 10th March. The financial aid is in the form of fellowship + assistantship to a total of $17000/year to a max of 5 years.

Actually, I was the one to post on GradCafe. So, thank you very much for sharing this. And, you're right: they're not completely done... According to some insider info, decisions are yet to come this week.

If you don't mind me asking, are you American? Was the e-mail personalized? Are you going to accept?

I am an international applicant. My offer email was pretty much like a standard official offer letter. Currently I have a few competing offers and also waiting for some others. Honestly, I haven’t really decided on which one to take, but definitely giving IUB serious consideration.
