Do you think it is worth it if one does not have full funding? What were the placements like? The program seems very math intensive and has a curriculum (dynamic optimization, probabilistic methods) seems very gear towards top Ph.D. entrance. But mostly I would like a general impression about the program: the quality of life, the rigor of the courses, the friendliness of the staff and faculty. Thanks!
