    Columbia

    Saw this on GC
Automatic Answer from Jody Johnson: "If you are inquiring about Admission results for the PhD program, be advised that students who have been recommended for admission have been notified. If you have not received notification, I'm sorry, but it means you were not admitted. Official notification will come later from the Admissions Office. Please do not contact the Economics Department to inquire about results."

If you write to her, you will also get an auto reply with "Out of Office" in the subject line and that content in the body of the e-mail.

Does Columbia do less-than-full-funded offers? Their website and FAQ is supremely uninformative

Yes, I'm assuming her autoreply means that if you haven't gotten anything by now, you will not get an offer from Columbia.
Accepted: Hong Kong U ($$$$)(Declined), UC-Irvine($$), Texas($$) // Out: Columbia, Berkeley, Northwestern, BC, Michigan, Wisconsin, Stanford, NYU, UW (DGS withdrew my app after knowing I have better offers. DGS knows me already so it was informal) // Waiting: WUSTL, UCSD, UVA, Minnesota (Waitlisted)
