I guess UofT's first round was pretty small....
Does anyone know how many Doctoral Stream spots there are in all?

but isnt regular stream unfunded?
I received the doc stream admit at Toronto yesterday afternoon, and a classmate of mine received a regular stream MA admit about an hour later. The emails are personalized so it may take some time. The offer stands until Fri, March 19th, and then they are sending out second rounds (or so I've been told). We are both Canadian by the way.
and regular stream is unfunded but you can TA if there is available spots.
good luck!
In: UC Davis (no $ first year), UW-Madison (no $ first year), Toronto ($$)
Out: Yale, Berkeley, Columbia, Michigan, Stanford.
Waiting on: UCSD, UBC
i find it strange that they would send out a regular stream offer right away, before the phd streams have responded. Unless your classmate was part of a group they wanted to make offers to but were sure they wouldnt offer phd stream? i don't know.
He's doing the JD/MA thing, and had already been accepted to the law school back in December ... that could be a part of it.
