Please help me interpret this status from UC-Davis ARE program

[BIOTHERM]

It says on the status. "Admission is contingent upon completion of your bachelor's degree. You must submit an official transcript with final grades and bachelor's degree posted to the UC Davis Graduate Admissions office." and it is posted today.

Is this an admit? Anyone with Davis experience ?

and obviously there is no "Y" in the colums!

There isn't really too much from that message to interpret, is there? It says you will be admitted if you complete your bachelor's degree. So it means that you will be admitted if you complete your bachelor's degree... and so to answer your question, it's an admit if you get your bachelor's degree .

I think you get a readership automatically if this is for PhD. Someone who is at Davis mentioned this a while back, unless it's changed.
