Advise for Master in Econ programs according the profile

Hi guys,
I know this is a forum mainly for prospective Phd applicants but I still think you can help me with your knowledge and experience on graduate programs in economics.

I will finish my UG degree at the end of this year and am looking to apply for a terminal Master in Economics, not as a path for further studies such a Phd but I would like a very rigorous program.

I’ll appreciate if you can give me some thoughts about programs that I would be able to have a chance according to my profile.

Undergraduate (5 years): Engineer with major in Finance (Top Tier University in my country, South America).

GPA: 4.0/4.0 (Ranked 1st of my class – Dean’s List)

GRE: 780Q – 600V (Test Preparation average)

Teaching Assistant: Macroeconomics I-II

Research Assistant: Department of Finance, at the present time researching on financial assets trends forecasting using Neuronal Networks, Chaos Theory, Genetic Algorithms, etc. One research paper in Time series forecasting not published yet.

Quantitative courses: Linear and Matrix Algebra, Calculus (Multivariate, Diff. Eq, Integrals), Statistics, Probabilities, Forecasting Methods.

Economics: Econ. Introduction, Microeconomics I-II, Macroeconomics I-II, International Economics, Econometrics.

Finance: Around 14 courses.

Thank you in advance for your time and wise opinions

My best regards

walt526 is almost a TestMagic guru.
For terminal Masters, an LSE program (apologies, programme) should be at the top of the list. I think that you have a very good shot at being accepted, but it will most likely not be funded.

Thanks for your thought walt526, LSE sounds very rigorous. About funding I'm not worry because my country has several scholarships to fund abroad studies.

I was cheking the following programs, could you rank them from your personal perspective?:

Duke
Boston
Michigan
NYU
LSE
Oxford
Cambridge
UCL
Warwick
British Columbia
Toronto

Thanks in advance.
