I'm currently doing a 2-year Masters in Economics from Europe, and studied Economics in my undergrad as well. Here is my problem:
- I don't have the best of grades after my first year (4.75/6). It would improve in the coming year, for sure.
- I failed the math camp refresher course which is not part of my GPA, but does appear on my transcript. I might or might not be able to retake it this fall. My GRE is (Q770/V390/A4.5)
I currently work as a data analyst at a research program, and have contributed some non-academic papers and publications in the past. No full-time work experience, but did alot of internships while studying.
I want to apply for a Public Policy PhD. Where do you think i can be admitted (with a chance of funding)? Do you know of any lower-tier public policy programs that provide funding?
