extra professional lor

hi

i am apping for a msc in economics , fall 2k10
I realise that most univs look for academic lors only. And I have 3 of my professors who have agreed.
One of my key areas of interest has been the economics of energy (i am also an engineering graduate in electrical and electronics) I have done research in this area while in college .
As a part of my college internship - I am doing a 6 months internship at Frost and Sullivan , a consulting firm. 4 months are up at the time of writing.
I was lucky enough to be on a project where I had to study a market of Green IT and energy efficiency in electronics. I was able to talk to a large number of key market players and get important economic insights into this segment. This closely aligned with my interest and earlier work , also I was able to do rough estimates and forecasts of various market measures and savings from these technologies.
Given this , should I ask for an additional professional letter of reference from my manager , alongside the 2 academic letters for EU Univs and 3 for US Univs

Thanks for thy patience
Gowri
