Probably not. ETS starts sending out the score reports 10 to 15 days after the test. In my case actually, my score report is dated 17 days after the test date. I do not know how long delivery in the State takes, but better schedule the test for beginning or mid november!

I'd take the test at least three weeks before the application deadline--and that's REALLY pushing it. Sometimes if the rest of the application is complete, it's okay if a transcript, letter of reference, or whatever comes in a few days late (particularly for domestic students). But some places are VERY strict on the deadline. You can always ask, but usually places with very rigid deadlines make that point quite explicit on their website or application instructions.
