Thanks for your suggestions. Yeah,Kydland is in UCSB and this is one of the reasons that I chose UCSB...If I could be admitted to UMN, I would go there without hesitation and moreover, the placement of UMN is pretty good.

Hehe, I think that Columbia and Cambridge are too hard for me....Anyway, the marginal cost of applying for another program is the application fee, I will have a try~~Harvey is in Cambridge, right? I attended his seminar this summer in my university~~

I have considered PSU,however,the speaking section of IBT does not meet its minimum requirement...therefore, I have to give up it....
